Forex Trading Hours
The FOREX market is a true 24-hour market, operating nearly 6 days a week, from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon.
The trading day starts in Wellington, New Zealand, followed by Sydney, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Three hours later the trading day begins in Dubai and other Middle Eastern countries. They are followed in a couple hours by Frankfurt, Zurich, Paris, and Rome. London is the last to open in Europe. Five hours later New York opens, then Chicago and finally the West Coast.
